Originally from Hungary and now living locally with my two wonderful children, I have been teaching yoga for over a decade. My journey began with hot yoga, where I fell in love with the powerful connection between breath, movement, and inner stillness, leading me to complete advanced teacher training at the Mandala Yoga Ashram. While I deeply honour the traditional roots of meditation and breath work, I am especially passionate about building strength, stamina, and mobility to help us live active, resilient lives. For me, true health is entirely holistic—it is about moving well, sleeping well, finding your purpose, and, most importantly, being part of a supportive network.
