Chloe is a virtual assistant based in Bingley, West Yorkshire, helping self-employed people and small business owners get their time and headspace back. As the founder of Andiamo Business Assistance, she brings twenty years of customer-facing and operational experience to everything she does, along with a particular understanding of ADHD and neurodivergent ways of working, built through years of supporting clients who think and work differently, and a straightforward, no-nonsense approach that puts people at ease.

As a woman in business herself, Chloe understands the particular kind of overwhelm that comes with running something on your own. She knows what it feels like to be pulled in every direction, and she knows how much difference the right people around you can make, especially when your brain doesn’t always work the way the business world expects it to.

She hosts the Bingley branch of Inspire and Connect, a group open to anyone who identifies as female, because she believes small business owners do better when they’re not doing it all in isolation. It’s a space to share what’s actually going on, swap honest advice, and build the kind of connections that make the work feel a little less solitary, with no judgement and no pressure to have it all figured out.
